The 90-day program
It runs with one team for ninety days. By the end, your managers can coach to a standard built from your own best people, and leadership has a readout it can act on.
Long enough to change a habit, short enough to keep leadership's attention.
A one-day workshop rarely changes how anyone talks to a client, and a two-year overhaul tends to lose its sponsor halfway through. In ninety days a team can practice, get coached and practice again while leadership is still watching the results.
It's also the shape that has worked best across our engagements at wirehouses, banks and independent firms, which is why most of our work now starts here.
How the 90 days run
Surface
We work from your own client conversations, recorded where you already record them or reconstructed with the people who had them, to find what your best people do differently.
Then we write it down as a scoring standard and agree it with your leaders, in your firm's language. Everything after this depends on getting it right.
Teach and push
We build the scenarios and scorecards from that standard. Your team practices against the people they actually face: a prospect, a client, a recruit, a peer or the advisor a manager is learning to coach.
Managers learn to coach to the same scorecard, so feedback sounds the same from every direction. We rewrite anything that isn't landing.
Compound and signal
We measure what moved against the baseline and bring leadership a readout they can act on, including what people in the field are hearing that hasn't reached leadership yet.
Then we map the next step: the next team, the next conversation, or handing it to your own people to run.
At the end of the 90 days
A written standard
What good looks like in your most important client conversations, drawn from your own best people and agreed by your leaders.
A practice library
The scenarios and scorecards your team trained on, ready for the next cohort and for new hires.
Managers who can coach to it
A shared scorecard and a coaching cadence that keeps running after we step back.
A Performance Intelligence Blueprint™ for each person
Their numbers and their conversations read side by side, turned into strengths, gaps and three next steps, compared only with people in the same role.
Built to clear your risk review.
If the program uses an AI practice platform, your legal, risk and compliance teams will want to review it. We bring the engagement structure, data scope, AI data flow, subprocessor list and certifications to that first conversation, so the review starts with answers instead of questions.
What firms ask about the program
Who is the program for?
Wirehouses, banks, broker-dealers and larger independent firms that want one team, one cohort or one business line to adopt a clear standard for its most important client conversations. Recruiting, onboarding, manager coaching and advisor conversations are the most common starting points.
Do we need to buy an AI platform?
Not necessarily. We start with what you already own. Where an AI practice platform helps, we'll recommend one and tell you up front about any referral or reseller relationship, before anything is signed.
What do we need to provide?
A sponsor, a leader for the team taking part, access to real conversations or the people who can describe them, and time from managers to coach. We handle the design, the build and the reporting.
What happens after day 90?
You keep the standard, the scenarios and the scorecards. Some firms extend to the next team, some move into a Build project or a monthly Run retainer, and some run it on their own from there.
How is it priced?
It's scoped in a first call, based on the size of the team and what you need. We don't publish a rate card.
